Our Story

How are we different than X, Y, and Z consulting companies?

We focus on bespoke, custom-fit consulting. We’re anything but cookie-cutter. For us, it’s about helping people, not focusing on formulaic solutions to employ an army of consultants.

We have no desire to grow a business with a hundred employees working for the largest of the large technology companies, courting private equity, and being acquired by a firm with much more revenue than ours. We’ve already done that. In fact, over the last 25 years, we’ve been through that cycle multiple times.

We’ve designed multi-national go-to-market campaigns, managed development teams in seven countries, conducted consumer research, implemented cybersecurity roadmaps, surveyed partner channels, launched e-commerce sites, designed quote-to-cash systems, fostered organizational change, incubated start-ups, coached executive leaders, delivered analyst briefings, developed product specifications, and revamped enterprise licensing.

We once successfully orchestrated an entire customer advisory campaign for a major technology company that raised their prices by 400%, and our client was promoted to an executive based on the results.

Now, we just want to assist those who are navigating the same paths as we have by providing subject-matter expertise. We want to leverage our experience to solve challenging problems for good people.
